History of the Estate

The origin of the estate dates back to parcels of the Domaine des Gûnes (first mention in 1769).
Since 1987, the 10 hectares of Château d’Osmond have been adjacent to the parcels of the greatest growths of Pauillac and St. Estèphe, the neighboring villages. The vines, with an average age of 35 years, are planted in narrow rows. Soil maintenance and vineyard protection are carried out with the utmost respect for the environment.

The estate is certified HVE 3 (High Environmental Value), in organic conversion since August 2022, and starting with the 2025 vintage. Since the 2021 harvest, Frédéric MORLIER, the new owner of Château d’Osmond, has passionately continued the work undertaken, with the objective of optimizing the quality of this growth in a CSR approach.
