RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS

In accordance with the Consumer Code (Articles L221-18 through L221-23) and EU directives, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal for any online order.

This right can be exercised within 14 days following the receipt of the last of the ordered products, as follows:

- Click the "Request a Return" button at the bottom of every page on the site

- Fill in the "order number" and "email address" fields

- Select the products you wish to return

- Click "Confirm Withdrawal"

This right may also be exercised before the shipment of the order.

Following withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to return the relevant products to Château d'Osmond within a maximum period of 14 days following the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The products must be shipped in perfect resale condition, in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Upon receipt of the withdrawal, Château d'Osmond will proceed, within a maximum period of 14 days, to refund the amounts received during the order, by credit to the account used during the card payment; subject to receipt of the relevant products.
