Tasting
A deep, dense, purplish color with a beautiful sheen.
The nose is delicate and very fresh, with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and blackberry.
The attack on the palate is full-bodied, round, and taut, without any harshness, with fine and elegant tannins.
These tannins will continue to develop further with the planned 12 months of aging in amphora..

Blend: 65% Merlot, 30% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 3% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc.

Terroirs: Fine, sandy gravel over thin veins of clay.

Aging: 
Currently aged for 12 months in stoneware amphorae.
This aging process is designed to reveal the full authenticity of the Chateau d'Osmond blend, crafting this cuvee with a focus on lusciousness and showcasing the pure fruit.

Garde : 5 to 10 years

Food Pairing: Aperitif, white meat, charcuterie, porcini mushroom omelet.

Tasting
This wine, slightly reduced by its aging in amphorae, will need good aeration before serving. Open the bottle two hours before, or decant.
Deep and dense color, slightly purplish.
The nose is delicate, fresh, with red fruit notes, minerality, and aromas of candied fruits expressing the good maturity of the harvest.
The attack on the palate is voluminous, round, without aggressiveness, with fine and elegant tannins.Aging in amphorae brings finesse and a true expression of the fruit.
